Helena, Adam, Elliot and Isaac all joined me again, about 4 years since the last time. Another session of fun and paddling around the craggy coastline of Inverewe.
James, Helen, Eliza and Matilda joined me again. Last time we explored the waters around Inverewe garden and this time we paddled from Gairloch. A large pod of dolphins in the loch gave us a good show as we paddled around.
Allan, Rhona, Duncan, Isla, Kirsty, Sandra and Mike all joined me for a morning on the water. Most of them had been out with me last year and this time they dragged Sandra and Mike along. Perfect conditions gave us a lovely morning of splashing about.
Some of the group that I did rescue skills with in the pool over the winter came out for an afternoon practicing rescue skills outdoors. It was a nice relaxed afternoon after a lot of us had been busy out the previous day either taking part or helping out at the Great Wilderness Challenge.
Rachel, Jim, Lottie, Sim, Andrea, Colin, Danny and Anna all joined me on a beautifully sunny afternoon. We had some fun paddling about improving our skills and playing games. Quite a wet session for some, but with the warmth we had it apparently felt good to be in the sea.
Kris, Celine, Victor and Louis joined me on a stunning morning paddling from the boom beach in Mellon Charles. It was one of those blue sky days without a breath of wind all morning – lovely!
Juanita, Scott and Dobby joined me for an afternoon exploring the craggy coastline of Inverewe. We had a Great Northern Diver swim past us as we sat watching seals.
Chris, Amanda, Evie, Bodhi and Lavinia all met me for a fun afternoon kayaking on Loch Ewe. We explored the coastline, learnt some skills and had some fun.
Dougie, Suzanne, Charlotte and Georgie joined me for a morning paddling around Inverewe garden. They’re staying in Inverewe House, so are getting to see the gardens from a different perspective.
Kenny, Megan and Mathew joined me for a morning kayaking from Poolewe. The sunshine lasted most of the session with just a little bit of ‘Scottish sunshine’ falling on us at the end.
Sharon, Iain, Ewan and Fiona all met me on a sunny afternoon in Poolewe. Sharon and Iain grew up in the area so know it well, paddling around the Inverewe coastline let them see it from a different perspective.
Kit and Mike joined me as part of their NC500 trip. Having a bit of fun on the water and enjoying the sights from a different perspective was the order or the day.
Pavel, Miluse, Lukas, Tomas and Daniel all joined me a morning on the water. Pavel, Miluse and Daniel all jumped in a canoe whilst Lukas and Tomas wanted to have the freedom of being in a boat by themselves.
