Jemima, Paul, Kirsten, Ailsa and Rory joined me again for another session. They’d had a great time last holiday with me, so they were keen to have more fun on the water this year!
Shona, Emma, Allan and Ryan spent a relaxing morning exploring the rugged coastline from Gairloch Harbour, close to where they were staying.
Christine, Stefan and Mia spent a relaxing afternoon exploring the coastline around Inverewe Garden. We had huge blooms of moon jellyfish with the occasional lion’s mane dotted about.
Jacqui and Gary had been out with me before and they have their own boats. They were across here with a bunch of folk doing some beach cleans around the area and they fancied a fun adventure to rewards themselves for all the hard work so they took to the water with me. After lots of sunny days we had a slightly gray and damp morning but it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits as we all had a great time!
Alison, Iain, Bethan and Esme spent a morning in the glorious sunshine. Learning how to paddle the boats well and having fun as we spotted wildlife.
I had some customers have to cancel at very short notice, just as I was driving home I got a phone call from this bunch wanting to get out on the water. Kristin, Daniel, Anthony, Jessica, Lilly and Bella turned up in Poolewe to explore the scottish coastline. It’s quite a different landscape to their normal coastline over in California.
James, Joanna, Adam and Anna had a hot and sunny afternoon to explore in kayaks. The jellyfish are getting pretty big now and making a dip less inviting but they still went in for a swim to cool off!
Arron, Marcela, Anna and Jamie paddled around the coast from Gairloch harbour. Jamie got stranded on a little seaweed island, luckily the tide didn’t come in too quickly!
Sonia, Andrew, Xavier and Max spent the afternoon exploring the exciting coastline. It was Max’s birthday and he felt it was a great activity to have on it.
Peter, Joseph, Amber and George were back again for another session with me, this time they dragged along Rachel who ended up loving paddling about on her kayak! It’s always good to get customers coming back to see me!
Michael, Julie, ellen and Lora spent a great morning exploring Eilean Horrisdale’s coastline. The seals kept a good eye on us as we paddled around.
Daniel, Fran, Zoe and Duncan spent the evening with me exploring the coastline from Badachro. Duncan had just been on a kayaking course, so he was able to show off his skills to the rest of his family.
Cathryn, Grace, Lacey and Lyla spent the afternoon having fun in kayaks. The girls skills and balance improved throughout the session whilst we paddled around and played games.
James, Mozheh, Maryam, Layli and Aneesa spent the morning paddling around Eilean Horrisdale with me from Badachro. It’s a great place to spot wildlife dotted around the coastline.
Avril, Rory, Eilidh and Hamish came kayaking with me this afternoon in the sunshine. Towards the end of the session the younger paddlers felt they hadn’t quite got wet enough so they jumped in!
Rachel, Julian, Antony and Elsie spent a sunny morning paddling from Gairloch. It’s a great bit of coastline to paddle along – rocky, rugged, wild and quite!
Rachel, Suzanne, Bridie, Claire and Mason spent the sunny afternoon paddling about with me. Normally I make a point of pointing out wildlife but as one of the group has a bit of a seal phobia it meant I didn’t point out some of the ones I spotted swimming around!
