Guy, Fraser and Ewan joined me again for another fun session on the water. We’ve paddled in Gairloch, another part of Poolewe and now was our time to explore the craggy coastline around Inverewe garden.
Emily, Neil and Daragh met me in Poolewe as part of their travels around the north of Scotland. They opted for sea kayaks and we set off to explore the coastline.
Alison, Holly, Rosie, Jeremy and Richard joined me for a morning kayaking around Inverewe garden. We had some nice sunshine as we explored the craggy coastline.
The afternoon West group was a much smaller group of just two, we also had different conditions – hardly a ripple on the sea and sunny blue skies. No eagles this trip, but we did have our inquisitive seals follow us about.
A day of two halves with the same family, the morning was a group of six who had some fun no despite the drizzle at times and little waves. No seals this trip but we did have a white tailed eagle perform a fly by to give us a good wildlife spot!
James, Sally and Josie joined me again for another session on the water. Last year we’d had blue skies and sunshine, this year it wasn’t quite so sunny and bright, but luckily kayaking is great fun in all weather.
Dylan, Ros, Ida and Bea joined me for a fun morning paddling around the craggy coastline at Inverewe Garden.
Karin, Gordon and Robbie joined me for the afternoon. They first paddled with me back in 2018, since then they’ve bought their own boats but decided to come back for a paddle with me to improve their skills.
Euan, Tessa and young Fergus joined me for some fun kayaking on Loch Ewe. We explored the coastline around Inverewe Garden.
Kate and Kellie joined me in Poolewe to explore the coastline with sea kayaks. As we paddled we had a curious seal follow us along till we stopped for a brew.
Lyndsay and Darren have paddled with me from Poolewe a few times on previous holidays, this time we headed out from Gairloch harbour. The forecast was for continuous rain and a bit windy but we ended with some good dry periods and almost no wind for the entire session!
Lukas and Alexa joined me in Poolewe to enjoy some kayaking in the sunshine, sadly when we met it was raining heavily but that soon passed before we’d even finished talking about which boats to us and then we had a super dry session on the water.
Niamh, Kara, Floran and Mykhailo joined me to kayak from Poolewe. We had some great sunshine and a very relaxed paddle at times – it’s rare for folk to lounge back in their boats with their legs on the front deck!
Oliver, Andrew, Robert and Chris met me by Poolewe where we padded along the coastline to their holiday cottage – Aodann. As we paddled we had some very inquisitive seals following us along for most of the journey.
Jane and Serena joined me again for a kayak from Poolewe, we headed out and went to explore Boor Rocks but got distracted by curious seals.
Jo, Mike, Lisa, Jack, Rebecca, Robin and Paul all joined me for a busy session on the water. Most of them have been out with me before, so I knew to expect some keen folk wanting to have some fun and get wet!
Marie and David joined me whilst they were touring around Scotland, we headed out onto the water to explore, giving us a different perspective than you get from the land.
