Caroline, Ward, Lewis and Murray met me to have an afternoon on the water. We learnt some skills, explored the coastline and had some fun as we explored.

Doug, Helen, Catherine, Eireann, Ruby and Daisy met me in Poolewe to explore the coastline around Inverewe Garden. We paddled around as some of their group headed in to see the fantastic garden.
Mario, Mihaela and Seraina met me to explore the coastline and have some fun in kayaks. Kayaking on the sea is something that they can’t do back in Switzerland!
Katie, Paul, Mariah, Noah and Bek joined me for some fun on the water. Some of them had joined me a few years ago and they were keen to remind me of the last time.
Andrea, Carl and Isla joined me again in Gairloch this time. We headed out to explore the craggy coastline and look at rescue skills. We ended with them all practicing falling in and climbing back onto their boats.
Not quite work this one, but when I’ve got family up it’s always good to get out in boats!
Laura and Emma joined me for a sunny morning kayaking around the fantastic coastline at Mellon Charles. As well as having a seal follow us about a bit we had lots of great views of porpoise swimming around, not to mention the host of bird and other sea life we spotted.
Andrew, Olivia and James all met me for an afternoon kayaking. We opted for the single seater sit on top kayaks in the end and had a great paddle around at low tide. Low tide is super for spotting wildlife.
Vincent, Liesbet, Sanna and Stijn joined me for a kayak around the craggy coastline at Gairloch. As we paddled around we spotted a number of seals watching us and a group hauled out on some rocks which we kept well away from.
Paul, Jemima, Kirsten, Alix and Rory joined me again for anther session on the water, I think it must be their sixth session with me. We went for the sea kayaks this year, it didn’t stop Rory wanting to jump in!
Jodie, David, Mackenzie, Jack and Guy joined me to get out on the sit on top kayaks. Jodie an d David took a couple of opportunities to swim in the crystal clear water.
Andrea, Carl and Isla joined me again for an information and skills filled session. We ended the session with some peer rescue practice – all planned, no accidental capsizes!
Catherine, Bruce and Gaspard joined me to get out on the water. Catherine and Gaspard opting for sea kayaks and Bruce going for a canoe, they’ve all done a reasonable amount before so the wind didn’t cause too many issues as we explored the bay.
Stuart, Diane, Murray, Kirk and Fyfe met me by Poolewe for a fun morning learning some kayaking skills and having some fun on the water.
Alexa, Mark and Jeni met me in the afternoon for an explore around the coastline. We had a curious seal keep an eye on us as we paddled about.
David, Lynne, Cian, Eoghan and Shea all met me for a fun morning on the water. David and Eoghan teamed up as did Lynne and Shea, leaving Cian to paddle by himself.
Jen, Jason, Matthew, Morven and Ruairidh met me in Poolewe to explore the coastline in kayaks. A initial good breeze gave us a workout, but we soon had calmer water and an easier time.
Graeme, Jess, Ruby and Dougie met me on a grey and damp morning in Poolewe. The weather didn’t dampen our spirits and we had a good time out on the water. So good that a seal came along to follow us around and see what all the fun was about.
