Rachel, John, Kathryn and Jessica joined me for an afternoon kayaking around Inverewe. We got out in the kayaks to improve our skills, have some fun and spot some wildlife.
Allison and Will joined me yet again, this time bringing along Jack to join in the fun. We headed out from the boom beach and made our way, pottering along the coastline, to Slaggan bay before heading back.
Strav, Alison, Ella and Joe joined me for an afternoon kayaking. I used to work with Ella, so it was great to see here again and get them all out on the water. With the receding tide we had some great views of starfish around the rocky coastline.
Max, Oliver and Nathan took time out of their north coast 500 trip to explore the coast from the other side. We headed out around the craggy coastline to see what we could see.
Linda, David, Lesley, Harry and George joined me again for another session on the water. It was a couple of years ago that they last came, but since they were back in the area they made sure they booked another adventure! Lovely sunny calm water meant it was a very relaxing paddle.
David and Aidan joined me again without the rest of the family so that they could get out further in the sea kayaks. We headed out from a different spot in Poolewe and explored the coastline and getting out into some bumpier seas for a bit of fun.
Em, Matt, Alexa, Zak and Milo joined me as part of their NC500 adventure. We headed out to learn some kayaking skills as we explored the NC500 from the water.
Kate, Mark, Tom and Will joined me for a very sunny afternoon kayaking around the great coastline at Mellon Charles. We had a low tide so were able to spot lots of wildlife around the coastline.
Greg, Jane and Duncan joined me for another morning kayaking. They’ve been out with me from Badachro and Gairloch before, so today we explored the craggy coastline around Mellon Charles.
Nicola, Ian, Rosie and Charlotte had a very sunny afternoon kayaking with me. We had bright sunshine, calm waters and a low tide to help us explore the fantastic wildlife.
Vicky, Steve, Stu, Heidi, Violet-Lilly and Tabitha joined me for an afternoon of fun. Vicky and Steve run the campsite in Poolewe, they’ve been keen to get out on the water for ages and now that family are up they took the opportunity.
Ruth, Giles, Leo and Thomas met me for a morning on the water. They chose kayaks and we set off to learn some skills, see some wildlife, explore the coastline and most importantly have some fun!
Mike, Sam and Daisy joined me for a morning kayaking from Poolewe. We headed around the shore of Inverewe garden. The combination of low tide and very calm conditions meant we could spot hundreds of starfish below the surface.
Victoria, Madi, Theo and Seb all met me for an afternoon kayaking in the sunshine. They’ve almost finished their NC500 adventure with just one more day to go.
